Valentine Challenge

Challenge: To make a Valentine box out of recycled materials from around your house.

Details: Your Valentine box should have a slit in the top so your classmates are able to slip a Valentine in; and, your box should have a way for you to access your Valentines without tearing up the box.

This is not for a grade- just for Valentine’s Day fun! Bring your box to school on February 12 to display on your desk Thursday and Friday. Friday we will hand out Valentine cards to everyone! (Be sure to use the Buzz book for a class list. Each child should bring enough Valentines for everyone in our class.) All Valentine cards should be filled out at home. We will not have time to fill out Valentine cards at school.

Remember: The most important thing is to have fun making your box!!
