Becker Bunch News 10/20-10/24

Spelling-Sight word: went We will be learning about words that begin with the ch- digraph. New words for next week: what, where, when, why, who
Mrs. Hamm’s group: got, dot, hot, not, shot
Reading- We are working on listening to ourselves when we read to make sure that what we say matches the print in the book (looks right), and that it makes sense. If it doesn’t we are learning how to go back and fix it up and help ourselves when we get stuck.
Writing- We are still working on editing our writing. Our focus this week will still be on misspelled words.
Math- We will begin subtraction this week!
Religion- To understand the ways that Jesus teaches us about love.
Things of Note: NOW THAT WE ARE IN THE 2ND QUARTER, OUR GRADES WILL BEGIN TO BE ENTERED INTO THE GRADEBOOK AND ON EDLINE!!
