Reading- We are working on what strategies we can use when we read so that we can help ourselves.
Writing- We are working on editing our stories for punctuation and spelling.
Math- Math test on Monday, February 9, over Chapter 11: Comparing and Ordering Numbers. A review sheet came home today.
Our next unit in Math will be examining and learning about patterns in numbers.
Religion- We will have a Religion test over chapters 11 and 12 on Monday, February 9. Our next unit will be over learning ways that our parish is like a family.

Things of Note:

Send in decorated Valentine boxes on Thursday, February 12.

This month, we are asking each student to bring in cheese and crackers to donate to the Clearinghouse.

Our Valentine’s Day party will be held on Friday, February 13, at 2:00. Mrs. Hindley and Mrs. Ivey sent an email asking for help and/or items. Please respond to them if you can help!

Don’t forget to fill out Valentine’s at home, and bring them to school on Thursday, February 12. We will not have time to put names on Valentine’s at school.
